Scott-Free: Pre-Application

For consideration of a full or partial Scott-Free Scholarship, each candidate must complete the form below. Upon receipt, a Scott-Free representative will contact the candidate's school to request additional information including the student’s current report card.

If the prospective camper meets the required criteria for scholarship consideration, a final application will be sent to the candidate for completion and an interview will be scheduled if necessary.

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that the school contact is provided below by YOU, the prospective candidate/camper on this pre application. You must inform your school contact that a Scott-Free representative will be contacting them for further information. Please ensure that the correct contact information (phone number) for your school contact is below.

Please make sure all necessary waivers are signed in order to allow your designated school contact the freedom to speak candidly with a Scott-Free representative and PLEASE make the school contact aware that a representative from Scott-Free will be calling. Thank You.
