Scott-Free: Pre-Application

For consideration of a full or partial Scott-Free Scholarship, each candidate must complete the form below. Upon receipt, a Scott-Free representative may contact the candidate's school to request additional information including that student’s current report card. If the prospective camper meets the required criteria for scholarship consideration, a final application will be sent to the candidate for completion and an interview will be scheduled.

It is extremely important that the school contact listed by the prospective candidate/camper in the pre application be informed by you that Scott-Free will be contacting them for further information. Please make sure that all necessary waivers are signed in order to allow their designated school contacts the freedom to speak candidly with a Scott-Free representative.
